training center is located within the historic Suburban
Station building at One Penn Center and is easily accessible

State of the Art
Facilities:
Our classrooms contain state of the art hardware and
the latest software. Our multimedia lab features the latest
Dell workstations, equipped with Direct X optimized graphics,
and an XGA resolution (1024 x 768) projection system. We provide
you with everything you need to have a focused and productive
learning experience.
Experienced Instructors:
All of our instructors are experienced, seasoned professionals.
They must have practical office and CAD experience, as well
as prior teaching experience, before joining our staff. This
is essential if we are to maintain our standards and is critical
to our students’ ability to learn.
Small Class Size:
Our New York classrooms can accomodate no more than
10 people, and the Philadelphia ones accomodate no more than
9 people. This ensures that every student gets individualized
attention . Interactive Training: A critical aspect of all
learning is exposure. We believe that the only way to effectively
learn software is with a hands-on approach. All of our classes
are hands-on with one computer per student.
Focused Curriculum:
Our curriculum focuses on giving our students the tools they
need to perform their job. Drawing on our expertise in serving
the AEC community, our courses are designed for high retention.
All of our courses use carefully constructed data sets that
mimic the real world application of the software. This ensures
that students will be immediately productive in the application
of the software to their work. Combined with continual emphasis
on the adoption of the best industry practices, each student
leaves our class ready to become a more productive member
of their office.
On-Site Classes:
All of our courses may be held at your facility. We
will provide instructors, all courseware, and data sets.
One-To-One Personalized Training:
We will provide instruction by the hour, at your facility
or ours. Training can be tailored to address any audience
and any subject matter. Contact us for more information.
Custom Courses: If you don’t

us. We are developing new courses all the time. In addition,
for a fee, we will tailor any course to address your specific
requirements.
Schedule
Monthly Classes: All classes
in our regular curriculum are offered on a monthly basis.
Please call for the date and time of the next regularly scheduled
class.
Flexible Scheduling: If you
have a date or time conflict, we are always happy to adjust
our schedule to meet your requirements. Also, based upon demand,
additional sessions may be added. All day classes may also
be taught as either morning or afternoon sessions. Please
let us know what will work best for you and we will do our
very best to accommodate your needs.

Pricing
- Competitive Pricing:
Your business is very important to us. We will honor any
written quotation from our competitors. Quotations can
only be applied to like courses of the same duration and
quotations that include volume discounts can only be applied
to groups of the same size.
- Closed Course Discounts: With
four or more students from one company or organization
enrolled in any single class, we will close that class
to that group. In addition, the fifth through tenth members
of such groups will be enrolled at a fifty percent discount.
In addition to providing you with significant savings,
this enables us to direct the instruction toward your
specific needs.
- Group Discounts: We offer
significant discounts for group enrollment. Whether you
need to train one department or a whole firm, we have
