in the Facility Manager™ database, providing a graphical
interface to your facility data.
Facility Web™
provides you anytime anywhere access to your facility data
and drawings. An easy to use web interface brings powerful
features to even the most technically challenged.

- Create & Share Drawing Markups
- Graphically Locate Anything
- Real-World Intelligence
Manage Your Facilities Visually…
Facility Manager™ uses intelligent drawings incorporating
real-world information. You can retrieve and edit selected
data from any drawing, or from multiple drawings, querying
your data for the information you need.
Use this information to display graphical reports, data-based
reports, or export this information to a spreadsheet, a text
document, or a variety of databases.
With FMDesktop™ software you can graphically display
database information by generating color-coded drawings based
on your criteria. Create reports to show vacant and occupied
spaces, occupancy by department, project schedules and so
on. The possibilities are limitless.
Power & Versatility…
Facility Manager™ brings drawings and data together
in a way not possible until now, by integrating drawings,
asset, and facility management information. It addresses key
requirements for facilities managers by giving users more
flexibility than stand-alone floor plans, databases or spreadsheets.
The open architecture that is the foundation of Facility Manager™
makes it flexible enough to meet the needs of the many disciplines
involved in facilities management

of database connections by maintaining a dynamic link between
your drawings and data. Changes in the drawing are instantly
reflected in that database. Database changes made outside
of AutoCAD® are instantly reflected in your drawings.
Share Your Drawings and
Data…
Facility Link reaches beyond the limits of AutoCAD® allowing
you to share facility drawings and data with non-CAD users.
Publish your drawings to Facility Manager, providing non-CAD

your own pages for facility news, emergency procedures, discussion
groups, safety tips, job postings, etc.
